  • Nominations are now being sought for the Jodi Awards 2008. The awards are for museums, libraries, archives and heritage venues that use technology to provide access to collections and learning for disabled people, e.g. websites, interactive objects, audio-guides, PDAs and virtual reality shows.

  • Create Compete Collaborate

  • Create Compete Collaborate (CCC) is a groundbreaking initiative for the South East inspired by the 2012 Games. The aim of which is to ensure that: Every young person in the South East has the chance to take part in a project (create, compete or collaborate) with a young person from a competitor country during the period 2008/2012. If you are running or plan to run a youth project with an international link, you can now register your event with CCC.

  • University College for the Creative Arts Receives Confirmation of University Title
  • 02 June 2008
  • The University College for the Creative Arts has received confirmation of University title from the Privy Council, making it the country’s first specialist creative arts university. The new name of University for the Creative Arts will be adopted as from September.
