Community Profiling

Community profiling is an important step in understanding and engaging with your communities.

MLA produced a useful template for a community profile for the Public Library Impact Measures.

MLA South East also ran a workshop on Community Profiling in partnership with the Community Services Group of CILIP. The workshop aimed to provide:

  • good practice examples of community profiling;
  • an opportunity to network with experienced practitioners in community profiling; and
  • outline a community profiling strategy.

The programme and presentations are available to download from the right of the screen.
