The Museum Development Service for Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire has been operating from the Oxfordshire Museum, Woodstock since January 2004.

The MDS offers a range of services to museums including:

• Access Auditing Programme
• Lending Library which includes books and equipment required to carry out audits
