Regional Framework Activity

On an annual basis, the Society of Chief Librarians South East (SCL SE) and MLA South East hold a joint business planning day to identify the key regional development needs for the region's Library Services. This plan takes into account the National, Regional and Local priorities. The current year's plan is displayed below.

You will also find attached the latest progress report which outlines the steps being taken by MLA South East to deliver modern, relevant and innovative library services in the South East. It highlights completed and current projects from our current Business Plan grouped together by the key themes from Framework for the Future. The joint business plan is a key influence for this work.
