Archives 4 All Programme

Archives 4 All is an aUK (Archives UK consortium) programme to make archives more appealing and more accessible through activities and projects. It will develop a website which will feature collections from archives and community groups around England. Building on the work of the A2A programme which already hosts a website containing millions of catalogue entries and links to images, the website will be hosted by The National Archives but the content will be developed and provided by partners.

MLA South East will be helping to support Archives 4 All as part of its Archives Development Programme by:

  • sharing information with the Access to Archives team and museums, libraries and archives in the South East
  • acting as a broker between archive holding bodies and community groups to build new partnerships
  • providing development advice on funding applications

Download further information, scenarios and criteria for acceptance to the scheme below.
