The Museums, Libraries and Archives Partnership (MLA) has launched its new four-year programme to develop England’s archives.
The programme provides practical support for archives across England to help archive staff to develop stronger and sustainable services.
Within each region, Action for Archives is made up of a number of national programmes and unique regional activities managed by each Regional Agency. The national programmes include mentoring schemes that will develop skills in fundraising; strategic planning and influencing; learning programmes; leadership and workforce development.
